All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, tamperproof seals intact, with all original tags and labels attached [Our products are classed as Food Supplements and there will be no exceptions].

Please note, unless the return is due to an issue with a defective product, we request that you are responsible for any return shipping costs.
