Thank you for visiting and shopping at CanNRG. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Due to specific governing international laws and restrictions set by our payment processor, we cannot accept payments from cards based in the following countries: AUSTRALIA (AU), BRAZIL (BR), CHINA (CN), CANADA(CA), DENMARK (DK), FRANCE (FR), FINLAND (FI), GERMANY (DE), MALTA (MT), NEW ZEALAND (NZ), RUSSIAN FEDERATION (RU), SLOVAKIA (SK), UNITED STATES (US). Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience.

We are obliged to deliver to the address on an item, and not the name, as per Royal Mail’s guidelines. We strongly recommend using a private address to ensure you receive your parcel and prevent your parcel being lost. If you use a public/business location as the delivery address, CanNRG are not liable if the parcel is lost after delivery and a signature is present on the tracking.
Shipment processing time

All orders are processed same day if ordered before 4pm Monday to Friday. Orders are not shipped and are usually not delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates apply to orders placed before 4pm Mon-Fri.
Royal Mail Signed For® 2nd Class/ 2-3 working days / £4.95
Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class/ 1 working day / £5.45
Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm / 1 working day / £7.50
* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the UK. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

International Orders
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed for / 3-11 business days / £12.99

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
CanNRG is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

CanNRG is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you receive your order damaged, please contact us to discuss a replacement. If possible, please take a photo of the damaged packaging and goods as this will assist us in claiming for any damages from the shipping company. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before contacting us.
